Pairing wine with food does not have to be hard. It just takes some basic knowledge and, of course, good wine. You can get both of those, plus some delicious gourmet deli foods, when regional wine writer and Capital Public Radio wine guy Rick Kushman joins Lava Cap Winery to teach the basics of putting food and wine together.
Rick will take away the intimidation factor to show you how simple wine and food pairing can be, and there will be no winespeak. There will, however, be eating. There will be wine tasting. And there will be laughs.
